Overview

The Leads table serves as your primary database for customer interactions. Each row represents a unique lead identified by the system.

Table Columns

  • Name: The identifier for the lead. By default, these are sequentially numbered (e.g., Lead-434) but can be updated with actual names if captured.
  • Phone Number / Email: Contact information captured during the conversation.
  • Created At: The exact date and time the lead first interacted with your agent.
  • Total Messages: The total number of messages exchanged with this lead across all sessions.
  • Last Interaction: The timestamp of the most recent message from this lead.
  • Metadata: Access additional technical details or custom attributes captured by the bot.
  • Conversation: A direct link to view the full conversation history for that specific lead.

Key Actions

1. Exporting Leads

You can export your lead data by clicking the Export button in the top right corner.
  • CSV Format: Currently, data is exported in CSV format, which can be easily opened in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or imported into various CRM and marketing tools.
  • Offline Analysis: Use the exported data for custom reporting, mailing lists, or offline processing.

2. Date Filtering

Use the date picker to filter leads based on when they were created or last active. You can choose from presets like:
  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • This Month
  • Custom Range

3. Viewing Details

Clicking on the Details icon in the Metadata column opens a sidebar with all captured variables and technical data associated with the lead.

4. Jumping to Conversations

The Conversation icon takes you directly to the Conversations page with that lead’s history pre-selected, allowing you to see the context of their inquiries.
Leads are automatically created the moment a user starts a conversation with your agent. If they provide an email or phone number, it will be automatically updated in the table.
